As a Los Angeles native, Jeremy Wintner joined CAG in March 2018 after a successful 4-year run at Winick Realty Group: a leading commercial brokerage firm in New York City. During his tenure, Jeremy completed several retail transactions on behalf of both Property Owners and Retailers in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. He has channeled his experience on the east coast along with his LA roots to become an increasingly valuable member of the team.  

Working with both local and institutional landlords such as World Wide Group, Tessler Developments, Fetner, and several others, one aspect of the business became increasingly clear: every client matters. This mentality gave Jeremy the tools to properly service each of his clients with the highest levels of attention and dedication. Understanding the unique needs and priorities of each client has become a cornerstone of Jeremy’s approach to the business.

Jeremy’s interest in real estate began at an early age as he watched his father build an impressive real estate portfolio from the ground up. He grew up in Hancock Park where he continues to maintain a close relationship with his family and community.

Jeremy graduated from Yeshiva University in 2013 with a degree in Business Management and Marketing in Manhattan, NY. Before moving to New York, he spent a year studying abroad in Israel.
